Nextrend Commerce LLC sells physical products including:

  • Tallow Balm (Skin Care)
  • Cleaning Electric Machines
  • Women's Hair Brushes
  • Bluetooth Speakers

We do not sell digital products.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Payment Methods Accepted: We accept payments via PayPal and credit card through PayPal Payment Gateway.
  • Taxes: Prices listed do not include applicable sales taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location.
  • Shipping Fees: Prices do not include shipping fees. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
  • When is Payment Charged? Payment is charged immediately upon completing the checkout process.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship to the United States and Europe only.
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.
  • Shipping Delays: If an item is delayed but arrives within 30 days, no action is taken. If it does not arrive within 30 days, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
  • Lost Orders: If an order is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Products Only: If a product itself (not just the package) arrives damaged, the customer must provide photos as proof. If confirmed, we will issue a full refund, and we may request the product to be returned.

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • Refund Requests: Customers must request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only granted for:
    • Lost orders (order never arrived)
    • Damaged products only (photo proof required, package damage alone does not qualify)
  • Returns: We may require the product to be returned before issuing a refund.
  • No Refunds for Customer Dissatisfaction: We do not guarantee specific results for our products and do not provide refunds for customer dissatisfaction unless the product is defective.

  • Cancellations are NOT allowed once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • Customers should check product ingredients for possible allergens.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects.

  • Any legal claims must be filed in courts located in Wyoming, United States.
