1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, you must provide clear photos of the damaged product (not just the package) within 14 days of delivery to request a refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • We do not offer refunds for customer dissatisfaction unless the product is defective.
  • Refunds will not be issued for minor shipping delays (under 30 days).
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders where an incorrect address was provided.

  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method to return products.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 60 days.
  • If return shipping costs are too high, we may offer a partial refund instead of requiring a return (case by case basis).

4. Refund Processing & Payment Method

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a customer initiates an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to deny future purchases and take legal action if necessary. To avoid disputes, please reach out to our support team first, and we will work towards a resolution.
