1. Shipping Regions
✅ We currently ship to the United States and Europe only.
❌ We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
2. Processing & Handling Time
✅ Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
📧 If there are any delays, we will notify customers via email.
3. Estimated Shipping Time & Delivery
📦 Average Delivery Time: 6-10 business days after processing.
🚛 Delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or high order volume.
4. Shipping Fees
💰 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
👀 Customers can review shipping fees before completing their purchase.
5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
📌 If an order is delayed but arrives within 30 days, no refund will be issued.
🚫 If an order does not arrive within 30 days, customers are eligible for a full refund if they request it within 7 days after the 30-day period.
📦 If an order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will issue a full refund immediately.
6. Damaged Items
🔹 If a product arrives damaged, customers must submit clear photos & a video of the damaged product (not just the package) within 14 days of delivery.
✔ If the damage is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
📦 In some cases, we may require a return before processing the refund.
7. Return Shipping Policy
📬 If a return is required for a refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✉ Customers must contact our support team before sending returns to receive a return address (CJ Dropshipping warehouse or another designated location).
📦 Customers must use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
🕒 Refund processing after receiving returns may take up to 60 days.
8. Tracking Numbers & Order Tracking
🔹 Customers can add order tracking at checkout for real-time updates.
📧 Tracking numbers are sent via email once the order is shipped.
🕒 Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
❌ Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
📦 If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional reshipping fees.
10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For European Orders)
💰 Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country.
